BIOGRAPHY
Education
Mr.
Creech graduated from the University of South Carolina and went
straight to its School of Law. While in undergraduate and law school, he
was a member of the Dean's list and heavily involved in student
leadership positions, eventually serving on two committees of the
University's Board of Trustees. He worked for Senator J. Verne
Smith in the South Carolina Senate and, while in law school, worked
in the South Carolina House of Representatives.
Work
Experience
After
graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law, Mr.
Creech clerked for the Honorable C. Victor Pyle, Jr., South Carolina
Circuit Court judge. He then became an assistant prosecutor in the 13th
Circuit Solicitor's Office, handling white collar/fraud criminal
prosecutions and narcotics cases along with general criminal
prosecution.

Creech opened his own law practice in May of 2003, and has been admitted to practice law within
the following:

Federal District Court for the District of
South Carolina

Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Creech is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of
America, the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, the South
Carolina Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Personal
Mr. Creech was born and raised in Greenville South Carolina. He
is married and has one child. He is a member of Buncombe Street United
Methodist Church where he volunteered as a youth basketball coach. He
also served as a volunteer in other community service events such as
mock trial and law in action youth trial programs.
